And don’t forget to mention the pranks you two got up too in the early hours. You were a couple of crazies sometimes. Lol. Ever the michief maker was Peter. Great memories of those days in Franz Josef.

Very fond memories of taking my grandchildren to visit Peter when they were younger. Mostly it was at their request as they enjoyed the visits so much. In later years we had computers in common and always the love of all things Dutch even though I’m a Kiwi. Peter often gave me a Dutch present at Christmas which was delightful and I treasure them. You are a great loss to so many Peter, but we’ll meet again in glory.

Peter was mijn ‘Oompie’ zoals hij zichzelf noemde. Altijd up-to-date met wat er in wereld gebeurde en wat er met Ajax gebeurde. Zo’n ontzettend lieve man. We hopen dat hij nu rust heeft en blijven hem als ‘oompie’ herinneren. Liefs, Meindert en Ellen

Peter we were very fortunate to have met you in New Zealand when traveling the South Island and the bond that our kiwi home gave us. Checking up on each other once in a while! The same humor as my grandmother; cheeky jokes and giggle 😉 Rest In Peace… love Kitty , Robin and Finn & Jan and Marij
