    Very sorry to hear this. Kevin helped to keep Hokitika men’s hockey going in the 70s and 80s and always took an interest in how we’re going. All our best wishes to you Fran, Tracey and family, from the Hokitika Hockey Club.

    Our love to Fran and family.
    Kevin’s life was one of faith and of song.
    Ed Sheeran’s song Supermarket Flowers is very poignant.
    He wrote it for his mum when her mum died.

    Old hymns express the hope of faith in Jesus.
    Abide with Me…
    I fear no foe with thee at hand to bless,
    ills have no weight, and tears no bitterness.
    Where is death’s sting? Where, grave, thy victory?
    I triumph still, if thou abide with me.

    Hold thou thy cross before my closing eyes.
    Shine through the gloom and point me to the skies.
    Heaven’s morning breaks and earth’s vain glories flee;
    in life, in death, O Lord, abide with me.

    Dear Cousin -I was sorry to hear of Kevin`s passing. I enjoyed his company at Grey High so many years ago, plus his cricket and hockey skills. It was always good to see him board the bus at Kumara Junction on his way to GTHS. All the best Fran and family.
