Ginge was the original “energiser bunny”. Being 5 years her junior I was still always in awe of her drive, enthusiasm and boundless energy. Many fond memories of working with her in the late 80’s and into the 90’s at the Fox Glacier Hotel and the Visitor Centre. Condolences and thoughts with Phil, Harry, Katie and the rest of her family. Very saddened to hear of Ginge’s passing. Very happy memories of our time at McKillop College as boarders. You were significant in keeping me ‘together’ Ginge through that challenging time. Fly high amongst the angels and rest peacefully.

Sincerest condolences to those closest to her, especially to you Biz… How can I make contact with you? I would love to speak with you and fill in the years.

Kia kaha and go gently through this heart-wrenching time Silcock/Williams whanau.

May the knowledge that others care deeply, and loved Ginge too, (some of us from many years ago), bring you comfort in the days and months to come.

Hold your precious memories close, much love, Angela McKendry (McKillop Boarder from Amberley, 1976-1979) xxxxx
