It was an absolute privilege knowing John for the entirety of my life here in the Arahura. He was part of the fabric of the Valley. His strong work ethic and willingness to lend a hand when it was needed is one of my fondest memories alongside his smirk when I’d tell him about my latest adventures.

    You will be missed John.
    Rest in Peace John

Condolences to all the Family. We grew up farming across the road from John and his Family. A nicer Family one could wish for, hard working and pleasant to talk to, usually in our big tin shed. John used head off to town in one of his many cars over the years every Saturday nite. A credit to his parents Jack and Mona working on the farm for years. Special Condolences to Elaine. I vividly remember Mum heading off to milk the cows every morning with that tin in her hand. Great times we spent together growing up. RIP Big Boy 💕
