Jenny was a cousin we never knew we had until a couple of years ago. We had many happy phone calls and emails. We were planning a trip to visit her later this year. But, we’ll meet her in Heaven! Love to Jenny’s family.

        Jenny, such a lovely friend,
Your West Coast life has come to an end
But we all know you’ve gone to be
        Alive in Christ, in Eternity

        54 years ago we met
Young and skint we were, and yet
Your kindness and care I’ll never forget
        Those days on Waimea Road

We both found Jesus, what a joy!
Changes in life and adventure, oh boy!
Remember your days at Rhema, such fun
And the hope of the gospel to reach even one

You loved the ribbons in worshipful dance
Teaching the girls to praise and advance
In knowing our God through creative ways
In your element in times of praise

You moved to the coast and loved it there
Your family the focus of your love and care
Administration your gift in that time
        Finding lost families your paradigm

Written words a pleasure for you
Things we had in common…a few
To you now, Jenny, a fond adieu
Till we meet again the days anew 💝
