Desmond (Des) Mahuika

On September 7, 2022. Peacefully at Kahurangi Dementia Unit, Greymouth, surrounded by family. Aged 79 years. Loved father of Terry, Leeanne, Warren, Crystal, and the late Gary & Cheryl. Loved grandad of his 17 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Loved brother of the late Colin. Messages C/- PO Box 162, Hokitika 7842. A Service to celebrate Des’ life will be held at All Saints Church, Bealey Street, Hokitika, on Tuesday 13th September, commencing at 11am. Private cremation to follow.

Family and friends are invited to attend a service to lay Des’s ashes to rest, with his son Gary. The service will be held in the Lawn Section of the Hokitika Cemetery on Thursday September 7, commencing at 11.00am.
