Our thoughts & prayers to Christine’s family.
I enjoyed her afternoon tea after picking bucketfuls of plums from which I’ve made gallons of sauce over the years.
She was a faithful woman of God who loved playing hymns, the oldies but goodies.

My thoughts and prayers are with all the Provis and Watson family at this time. I have such happy memories of the Watson and extended Thompson family picnics at the Inangahua River at Crushington, and then later visiting the farm at Kokatahi . A wonderful lasting Christian heritage passed on through the generations. RIP Christine.

Our family thanks God for Christine and her joyous and generous faith. She was always an inspiration as were her parents, Bessie & Len, before her. We will always cherish the wonderful visits to the farm from when they took over in 1969, the warm welcomes by Christine and Colin, the lavish afternoon teas, the prayer and singing times with Christine at the piano. Her legacy of family devotion, her commitment to God’s saving love through Jesus Christ, and her continual prayer and blessing to so many others will live on for generations to come.

Love and blessings to all the family for a wonderful celebration of Christine’s life.

Graham & Connie, Susan & Mike, Rachel & Jimmy & David & Abbie, and all Christines wonderful Grandchildren & Great Grandchild. Our thoughts & prayers are with you all as you celebrate Aunty Christines life and her input into your own lives. And also grieve the loss of having her gone. Aunty Christine always accepted and wanted to know how each and every one she met actually was. She meant it and she cared and it was felt very obviously whenever she asked. Childhood memories of Sunday dinners in Kokatahi – that laden table – what a chef & baker. The Roasts!! The cream!!! The beautiful piano playing in the little lounge and the incredible sing songs. What a beautiful person, legacy & champion for her Lord & Saviour. Her faith was never far from her interactions, she lived and breathed it constantly. An inspiration and a blessing to have in our lives.
May you all feel the Lords peace, strength & comfort as you all adjust to life without Aunty Christine in it.
Lots of Love from the Rileys xxoo
