The family of Bev Clarkson would like to acknowledge the outpouring of love and support following our loss of a much loved Wife, Mum, Sister (in-law), Aunt, Nana and Great Nana and cousin. The heartfelt messages, cards, flowers, phone calls, visits and food have been appreciated and been comforting to us at this time and let us know how much Bev was loved by so many. Thank you Paddy Kennedy for your help in planning, and delivering the service, which was a fitting tribute to Bev, also the grandchildren who also contributed planning to the beautiful service. The tributes to Bev from family, Maggie, Glenis, Juliana were very moving and reminder of memories of her. Thank you to Tom and Thompson Funeral directors for their care and arrangements of the service, which was attended by so many and able to be viewed via livestream for those unable to attend. Thank you South Westland Area School, Debra, Karyn and helpers including students for the venue, support and catering. A huge thank you to the people of Westland and South Westland for the donations of food, we were blown away by the support of the community. Thank you Shirlee for the beautiful foliage and floral arrangement you provided for the service. Thank you Ethan for your help sorting the driveway and the Blackburn’s for the firewood and Soutar's for unloading and stacking. We acknowledge the support of local nurses, St John, and Greymouth Hospital who were caring and professional throughout. Finally, thank you to all family and friends throughout New Zealand and further afield who have helped support us we are so grateful for the kindness and care extended.
