Passed away on the 4th April 2017, in his 78th year. Much loved husband of Doreen, and loved brother of Patricia (Rotorua), and a loved dad of Andy. Many thanks to the wonderful team of District Nurses, Annie, Julie, Sandy, and Bridget. In David’s memory donations to the West Coast Cancer Society would be appreciated, and can be posted to PO Box 81 Greymouth 7840. As per David’s wish, a private family service and cremation has been held.
