Zelda Thurza Martin (nee Cleghorn)

Passed away peacefully at Hokitika, on Saturday August 19, 2017, aged 82 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Johnny, dearly loved mother, mother-in-law and friend of Scott and Margaret (Nelson), Kent and Sue (Greymouth), Dean and Carol, Craig and Karen (all of Hokitika), loved Nana of Regan and Kimberly, Paula and Sam, Paniah and Jared, Nikala, Kris, Bridie and Mark, Latham, Jenna, Connor, and Neve. Great Nana of Paris, Rylan, Nia, Landon, Jaxon, Holly, Archie, and Tilly. Messages to 3 Pamela Terrace, Paroa, Greymouth 7805. A Service to celebrate Zelda’s life will be held at All Saints Anglican Church, corner of Stafford and Bealey Street, Hokitika, On Tuesday commencing at 1.30pm. Private cremation to follow.

My condolences to all the Martin family. I have wonderful memories of Zelda teaching me to dance and going away to the comps, spending weekends and holidays at the farm in Kowhitirangi. Zelda was always fun and full of life. She will leave a huge void in your lives but many lovely memories of a life well lived!
