Died peacefully at Christchurch Hospital on Tuesday 13, September 2016, surrounded by family. Aged 72 years.

Son of the late Vic and Vi Berry of Hari Hari.  Loved brother and brother-in-law of Rodney and Charlotte Berry (Rutherglen), Wendy and the late John Hinton (Christchurch), Glenis and the late John Shearer (Hari Hari), Nigel and Lynn Berry (N.S.W, Australia), A much loved uncle of Emma Jane, Andrew and Marie; Penny and Alain; Hayley, Tracey and Vanessa; and Kieran and their respective partners.  Steve had an adventurous life and many interests, hobbies and plans and we will miss him.

Flowers respectfully declined, but donations to the West Coast Search and Rescue would be appreciated and may be made at the service.  A celebration of Steve’s life will be held at the Harihari Community Hall on Monday 19^th September, commencing at 1:00pm followed by a private cremation.
