Passed away peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, on April 20th, 2017, aged 62. Loved son of the late George and Gloria. Loved brother and brother in law of Phillip and Sheri, George and Shiree, Paula, Leanne and Mark and the late Peter and Sharron. Loved uncle of all nieces and nephews. Sadly missed by his many friends. Special thanks to all who cared for Stephen. Flowers respectfully declined, donations to the MND Association would be appreciated, and can be made at the service. A Service to celebrate Stephen’s life will be held at the Chapel of the Holy Spirit, Seaview Terrace, Hokitika, on Wednesday April 26, commencing at 1.30pm. Stephen will then be laid to rest in the Lawn Section of the Hokitika Cemetery.

I thought you were being unusually quiet ! You said 3 to 5 years – you managed 6.5 from your first symptom in Brisbane whilst cycling. It has been along time since we first sat down together for lunch at School. We will miss you a lot !
