So very sorry to hear of Shirley’s tragic death. Mum and Ida were friends since growing up in Awatuna and Stafford, so we knew the Steele family well. After Ida’s passing Shirley carried on Mum and Ida’s Friday afternoon cup of tea together. RIP Shirley you will be very much missed by your family and the many people who knew you as a caring and loyal friend.
So sad, a very special lady. We both loved catching up on our last visit to Hoki and our afternoon at Stumpers… so many memories xxxxx ?
