Passed away peacefully at Allen Bryant Lifecare, Hokitika, on Friday March 17, 2017. In her 83rd year. Much loved wife of the late Brownie, loved mother and mother-in-law of Barry and Anne Marie, Rossie and Ngaire, Denis (deceased) and Julie, Neville and Lynley, Diane and the late Mike Kavanagh and Kevern and Jenny. A service to celebrate Mavis’s life will be held at All Saints Anglican Church, corner of Stafford and Bealey Street, Hokitika, on Tuesday March 21, commencing at 1.00pm. Following the service Mavis will be laid to rest with Brownie in the Hokitika Cemetery.
