John Kenneth Aitken

On Monday, April 7, 2025, at home after a short illness with his family by his side, in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Helen, beloved father and father-in-law of Darryl, Leanne, John, Glenn and Marg, Sarah, Jack and Kirsty, loved Grandpa of his 8 grandkids and 2 great-grandkids, beloved brother of Janette Jones, and the late Anne Wilson, loved brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend. Messages can be left on John’s tribute page at www.thompsonfd.co.nz. At John’s request a private cremation has been held. Drinks and a get together, in memory of John, will be held at the Kaniere Hotel, at a date and time to be advised.
