A great man from a wonderful family. My mum and dad (Eileen and Merv Curtis) were great friends of the Bissells and I boarded with Pat and Bill when I first came to Hokitika in the house opposite St Mary’s Church. They were both so proud of their boys and their achievements. RIP Clive.
Have just caught up with this sad news. Clive was always a strong, loyal and adventurous man. He is sadly missed. Edgar Paul Bissell and I were once married. We separated in 1980and divorced in 1985. Clive was a favourite cousin.
