When I first became a leader in the Girl Guide Movement late 60’s / 70’s, Val was Provincial Secretary. A very efficient person and wore the Guiding uniform with pride being a very up right straight back person. I also remember her wonderful singing voice. My thoughts are with you Dianne and family.
